Again not quite grasping the whole spring wardrobe ... but then again I do spend 40 hours a week indoors so I wouldn't know there was sunshine outside.

The minuet the sun goes out I dress in all black pleather ... I don't know why I do it to myself. I just struggle with colour, and summer. I'm stuck in that moment just now of not quite grasping the winter to spring transition.

When I first bought this skirt I thought I'd struggle for things to wear it with, but as you can see I've already worn it loads. I feel like the colours will see me through summer and then into autumn.

I'm all about cost per wear at the moment and this ones going to be a very low CPW.

Last week I was invited to attend House Of Fraser Glasgow's #BeautyConfidential event.

This is the first event I have attended at House Of Fraser and it was a great first one, I'm definitely looking forward to more in the future.

First of all we had a master class with Laura Mercier, I've had so many make up master classes recently I'm practically qualified. The Make up artist showed us a technique to get the fuller lip (without that stupid bottle sucking technique) and its honestly change my life! The secret is lip liner ... who knew ... ha.

After the masterclass we got to venture round the store for all the demonstrations from various beauty counters and various food/drinks promos on offer ... you can guess which I was more excited about.

Tennants were doing a bar with cocktails made from some of their different drinks. They made me a long island iced tea type thing made with their Lemon T. It was amazing, and I was able to get the list of ingredients. Summer time tipple is sorted.

All in all a really good event, one of the best I've been to in while, already looking forward to the next one.

Thanks House Of Fraser For Having me!

Apologies if you've heard this story before about this kimono shirt thing. I got this shirt in a charity shop a few years ago. Originally I was just going to cut it for fabric but then ended up doing this with it. It was basically a size 20 cold shoulder shirt, but I stitched up the cold shoulders and added gems. I then removed the collar and voila, kimono!

Armstrongs At Topshop Argyle St.

A few weeks ago Topshop Argyle Street Glasgow welcomed a new vintage concession, Edinburghs very own Armstongs!

GLASGOW HAS ARMSTONGS YEY!!

For anyone not familiar with Armstongs I'll fill you in! Armstongs is a vintage clothing emporium from Edinburgh. They currently have 3 stores in the capital and this concession in Topshop is the only place to find it in Glasgow.

Glasgow is obviously filled with amazing vintage stores , but since I'm not from Edinburgh Armstrongs is really the only one I know of, so I will always make the effort to pop in to at leaste on of the stores when I'm in!

I do have my favourite from the three stores which is the Clerk Street Store. I think because I'm always up that side of Edinburgh that's just my go to one, but I always manage to find something out of the ordinary!

However I highly recommend the Grass market store for a visit as the store itself just has to be seen! It's like what I'd imagine living in a wardrobe house would be like, just floor to ceiling of clothes! Heaven!

So I've picked my top finds from the Argyle Street concession! Just to get you a little excited!

They have new stock come in once a week so I recommend a Friday to get the best before it's gone.

They have a really good varied selection of things to choose from. Lots of sparkly going out things, then you have really cool rocky stuff and vintage band tees, loads of amazing boho dresses and jackets and more vintage denim Levi's than Kesha herself.

They also have some few wee designer gems, I got a wee Fred Perry Polo for £15!

The prices are amazing too! Glasgow vintage prices I tend to find are cheaper than more other places I've been but in Armstrongs concession I haven't seen anything for more than £50!

So yeah definitely head down to Topshop Argyle Street for some vintage bargains!

#SpringBeautyFix

Last weekend I headed over to Silverburn Shopping Center to attend thier #springbeautyfix event!

For the event we started off with a blogger Breakfast ... An event with good food, that's the way to my heart!

The theme of the event was basically like a spring clean of all your beauty products! So they had a beauty amnesty, which was that if you brought in 5 old beauty products then you would get a free £10 gift card for Silverburn, which I thought was an ABSOLOUTELY GENIUS idea! I mean £10 is a good amount of money to treat yourself so why not! Plus I love any form of recycling!

As part of the blogger breakfast we also got to see a make up demo of Armanis new products. The artist was explaining that all of these products are the same ones used in the recent shows, so she was showing us how to achieve the "Armani Glow" look. Which was to me, a natural dewy glow! Perfect for that fresh spring look.

I'll be honest I don't use any Armani Products, but the look was absolutely gorgeous and I have been using a few techniques that she showed us and I feel like my make up is looking great right now (No Biggy!)

I apologise for these appalling photos! I smashed my iPhone the day before and had to use my mums iPhone 4, absolute rubbish!

I also apologise to anyone who was there that I was a total awkward turtle around, I was still a bit out of it from the dentist that morning!
